Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. We typically offer one-time payment options for completed projects. All prices are quoted in Euro unless otherwise specified.
Project Delivery

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed content and designs. Prometheon retains rights to reusable code components and frameworks. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Prometheon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions that may occur.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
- Providing timely feedback and approvals
- Ensuring they have rights to any content provided
- Maintaining backups of their data
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
